HAUTE PINK | Event Management (NON-WEDDING)

It’s party time! This package is for non-wedding events



·       Meeting #1:  Intake Meeting to go over all that has been put in place so far

·       Review venue and vendor contracts for agreements, policies and expectations

·       Monthly check-in emails to ensure planning stays on track

·       Formulate an event day timeline and assist with the floor plan development

·       Meeting #2:  Final walk-through at the venue with facility coordinator

·       Primary point of contact for all vendors

·       Relay final guest count and timeline to all vendors

·       Schedule and confirm all vendor delivery and setup times

+ Unlimited communication by phone, text or email throughout the planning process


·      At least 2 appropriately dressed coordinators, on site, from start to finish

·      Receive vendors upon their scheduled delivery time

·      Point of contact for all vendors throughout the day

·      Place personal party items and favors

·      Set out menu, escort and/or assigned seating cards or other stationary

·      Distribute any final payments due to vendors

·      Have “emergency kit” items on-hand

·      Will pack up any left-over food, desserts, gifts and personal party supplies for easily load into vehicles
