At First Blush | Event Management (Month-oF)

You have planned your wedding exactly as you dreamed. All the vendors are chosen, deposits made, and everything is ready to go. However, you realize you want to enjoy all you have put in place and don’t want to worry about making sure everything will occur as planned. This package is a gift to you as well as your family and friends. The staff at Blush Pink Weddings will make sure every important detail is executed so you can all enjoy this special time together.

 

BEFORE THE BIG DAY:

·       Meeting #1:  Intake Meeting to go over all that has been put in place so far

·       Review venue and vendor contracts for agreements, policies and expectations

·       Monthly check-in emails to ensure planning stays on track

·       Formulate a wedding day timeline and assist with the floor plan development

·       Meeting #2:  Final walk-through at the venue with facility coordinator

·       Take over as the primary point of contact for all vendors (last 30 days)

·       Relay final guest count and timeline to all vendors

·       Relay any changes in regard to wedding details to vendors

·       Schedule and confirm all vendor delivery and setup times

·       Coordinate ceremony rehearsal

+ Unlimited communication by phone, text or email throughout the planning process

WEDDING DAY ACTIVITIES:

·       2 coordinators, on site, from start to finish

·       Receive vendors upon their scheduled delivery time

·       Point of contact for all vendors throughout the day

·       Assist with vendor setup and place personal wedding items and favors

·       Set out menu, escort and/or assigned seating cards or other stationary

·       Distribute any final payments due to vendors

·       Distribute bouquets to bridal party

·       Distribute and pin on corsages and boutonnieres to wedding party

·       Have “emergency kit” items on-hand

·       Ensure ceremony and reception timeline are adhered to as much as possible

·       Keep wedding party on track for ceremony start time

·       Orchestrate ceremony Prelude, Processional and Recessional

·       Keep track of formal portrait time after ceremony

·       Bustle bride’s wedding dress in preparation for Grand Entrance and First Dance

·       Coordinate end of night send-off

·       Will call for scheduled send-off transportation

·       Will pack up any left-over food, cake, gifts and wedding supplies for family to easily load into vehicles

·       Care for marriage license and mail it in to be recorded after ceremony
